I have an emergency crank radio and it has preset WX stations.  I sometimes listen to it.

Not to be confused at all, considering they don't have the same name.

You started off with radio then my attention span diverted elsewhere.

I'm not waiting until 6pm to start watching news and then wait until 6:22 to see some sports highlights from something that happened several before hand.

By the time the news is reporting on it, I've already seen the goal four times from six different angles and read two different reports on the game.

Every few years Carrasco changes his allegiance to a new car company which then becomes the best car company out there.

Siri can't show you highlights, provide analysis, interview the players or give you a complete and edited sports package in one place like the TV presenters could. The Internet is a great invention, but there are some things it doesn't do as well as that old fashioned technology could.

Twitter lets you watch video.  The last time I looked at a radio trying to watch a replay of a goal, I didn't see anything.

After Randy Rhoads died, Ozzy's music was never up to par.  His first two albums were his best.  "No More Tears" is an acceptable entry into John "Ozzy" Osbourne's musical catalogue, but can't hold a bat (that is a pun) to Diary of a Madman.

I like Greg Brady.  He is my favourite of the bunch.  He never tried to steal the spotlight.

It's funny you should ask. At first, the CAA guy ran a test and told me it was the alternator, and my heart sank because that's a time consuming and expensive repair he couldn't do.

But then he ran it a second time and his equipment told him it was the battery. He replaced it on the spot (cost me $200 but it was worth it) and the car seems to be OK.

Wish humans had battery replacement capabilities. Mine could probably use a charge!

If you have a volt meter, you should check the output of the alternator to make sure.  A new battery will quickly be drained if the alternator is failing.

Did you end up having a dead battery?  bad alternator?
