Neat. A few hours a week, and he makes sure not to interfere with other signals.

I'm fascinated by pirate radio and TV from days of Yore.

I have a MP3 of the great Art Bell interviewing a radio pirate.  It's a hoot.

Into this year old thread comes this new story from the U.S. 

Apparently, Brooklyn N.Y. is the pirate radio capital of America. Who knew? (And just how did that guy who called in from Toronto get the station, anyway?)
